Order processing time
All orders placed on our website are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed within the next business day. Once processing is complete, you will receive another notification when your order ships with a tracking number so you can track your order shipping.

For European Union (EU) countries, please allow 7 to 10 business days to receive

For all other countries, it takes 10-15 business days to receive your shipment (excluding

VAT/import tax
For shipments to the UK, the price calculated at checkout includes 20% VAT

For shipments to European Union (EU) countries, from October 25, 2023, price calculation
VAT and additional shipping handling charges are not included at checkout. Any orders placed before October 25, 2023

Reject/return shipment to sender
Packages not received due to the recipient’s negligence are rejected and returned to the sender
